How do I place an order?

Place your order online, then our team will confirm it by message. We’ll ask for your name, phone number, and delivery location or pin before dispatch.

Where do you deliver and what does it cost?

Dar es Salaam delivery is usually TSh 2,000 to 5,000 from Ununio, depending on distance. Up country orders can be sent via bus or boat at cargo fare.

Where can I pick up?

Pickup is available in Tegeta Ununio. After you order, we’ll confirm the exact pickup point and time by message.

How do I pay?

We accept cash on delivery and M Pesa payment before or on delivery. If you prefer to pay by M Pesa, we’ll share the LIPA number during confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We are currently selling within Tanzania while we build toward certification and export readiness.

What is your return and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Because our items are small batch and include personal care and food, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll make it right.

Are your products vegan?

Yes. Our products are plant powered, and each item includes a full ingredient list so you can choose what fits your needs.

I have sensitive skin or allergies, can you advise?

We can share ingredient lists and help you compare options, but we can’t give medical advice. If you have known sensitivities, we recommend patch testing and choosing our simpler formulas.

Do you offer wholesale or hospitality sizes?

Yes. We can supply select items for hotels, camps, boutiques, and corporate gifting. Send a message with what you need, your location, and approximate quantities, and we’ll share current options and timelines.
