Refund Policy

Bantu Vegan makes small-batch, plant-powered goods for skin and pantry. Because many of our items are personal-care and hygiene products, we keep a tight quality standard from making to packing to delivery.

All sales are final.

For hygiene and safety, all purchases are final once delivered or collected. This means we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, scent preference, or normal product variation.

If something arrived wrong or damaged:​

If you received the wrong item, or something arrived damaged in transit, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery/collection and include:

  • your name and order details.

  • a clear photo of the issue (and packaging, if relevant).

If confirmed, we’ll offer one of the following (our choice depending on the situation):

  • a replacement (same item if available, or a close substitute), or

  • store credit, or

  • a refund for the affected item only.

 

Important notes:

  • Our products are handmade, so colour, pattern, and scent intensity may vary slightly from batch to batch. That’s normal and not considered a defect.

  • If you’re trying a new product on skin, we recommend a small patch test first. If irritation occurs, stop use and seek medical advice if needed.
