Shipping Policy

We currently fulfil orders within Tanzania, with delivery arranged through our team. If you’re outside our current routes, still reach out—we use this to plan where we expand next.

How ordering works

Because addresses don’t always translate neatly across delivery systems here, every order is confirmed by a real person before dispatch.

After checkout (or when you message to order), we’ll confirm:

Recipient name.
Phone/WhatsApp number.
General area and a location pin (preferred).
Delivery day/time window.

Delivery options

Dar es salaam: TSh 2,000–5,000 (from Ununio), depending on distance.
Pickup: available in Tegeta / Ununio (details shared on confirmation).
Up-country: sent via bus/boat cargo at the carrier’s fare (we’ll confirm cost before sending).

Delivery timing

We aim to deliver as quickly as possible once confirmed, but timing can vary based on availability, traffic, carrier schedules, weather, and location accuracy. We’ll always message you with the next best option.

Payment

Payment is accepted:

Cash on delivery, or
M-Pesa LIPA namba to Bantu Vegan (before or on delivery).

We’ll share the exact payment details during confirmation.
