These Terms apply to your use of the Bantu Vegan website and any purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Bantu Vegan is a Tanzania-based business offering small-batch, plant-powered personal care and pantry goods, with farm experiences currently in development.

 

Using our site

You agree to use this website in a respectful, lawful way and not to:

  • interfere with the site’s operation or security

  • copy or misuse our content, images, or branding without permission

 

Products and availability

We make in small batches. That means:

  • items may sell out without notice

  • slight variations in colour/pattern/scent can happen naturally

  • we may update formulas, packaging, or sizing as we improve the work (without changing the spirit of the product)

 

Pricing

Prices are listed in the currency shown on the site. We may update pricing at any time, but you’ll always be charged the price confirmed at checkout/confirmation.

 

Orders and confirmation

An order is only considered accepted once it is confirmed by our team (usually via WhatsApp/phone), including delivery details and total cost.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if we cannot reasonably fulfil it (for example: stock limits, delivery constraints, or suspected fraud). If payment has already been made, we’ll resolve it fairly based on the situation.

 

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and M-Pesa LIPA namba (details shared during confirmation).

 

Delivery

Delivery follows our Shipping Policy (see Shipping Policy page). You’re responsible for providing accurate contact information and a usable location pin so the delivery can happen smoothly.

 

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy (see Refund Policy page). For hygiene reasons, all sales are final except confirmed cases of wrong or damaged items.

Product use and care

Our products are cosmetic and food items intended for everyday use—not medical treatment. Results vary by person. If you have sensitivities, patch testing and ingredient review are recommended.

 

Intellectual property

All website content—including product names, photos, text, and design—belongs to Bantu Vegan and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

 

Changes to these terms

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. We may update these Terms as the business grows.
